Over the past two months we have seen strong support for ASX listings and strong increases in business and consumer confidence and we have seen this reflected in the market we operate.  On the Funding Strategies side we have raised over $700k for clients and on the BlueMount side we have secured funding / binding Terms Sheets for over $35m.   We expect the market to be strong moving forward as the constraints of Covid and travel decrease. 


From a client perspective we have also seen strong performance from our clients and some of these announcements are contained in this newsletter.  From a new client perspective we have seen a strong trend around mergers and acquisitions ie. we are acting for the buyer and providing acquisition finance / investment or we are acting for the vendor.  We continue to provide strategic advice  to companies to assist with their business models and getting them investor ready as well as providing finance and equity capital.

Introducing GoBank


“TheMost Simple and Convenient Way to Keep Your Phone Charged when On-The-Move”

GoBank is an Australian consumer electronics technology and services company that is first launching in Australia, aiming to provide user-friendly and easily accessible products to help people stay connected. 


One example is their mobile device charging system to prevent running out of battery when out and about. 


This service is intended to be delivered via a network of purpose-built power-bank (portable battery) vending machines, called “GoStations”, coupled with a custom developed smartphone application that aims to serve end users through an intuitive interface, the closest location to hire and return hired power-banks. 


Future products include GoMedia, GoPod and GoLocker.

   

Introducing Spatial Hub Analytics


Accelerating Property Decisions

The Spatial Hub Analytics (SHA) Spatial Hub combines multiple geo-spatial layers of siloed data into a single interactive coherent hub which is constantly updated. SHA's smart analytical models for land asset management decisions are used in a ‘Plug and Play’ configuration for rapid development of new products and applications to meet the demands of the market. SHA brings significant efficiency gains to the use of spatial data.


SHA delivers the accuracy and intelligence required for optimal land asset management across multiple industry sectors. The platform is agnostic and forms the basis for industry-specific third-party software products to be developed on the SHA platform. It reduces the time and complexity of development of new products.


The Company has been making sales with mostly corporate farmers and is expanding its products to include carbon, biomass and sustainability (drought, fire etc). In addition new products will include property valuation across the whole special sector (including urban), property development and town planning.

CareVision signs $3.8m multi year contract 

with leading healthcare service provider

"CareVision, leading provider of Care Software, has recently signed a $3.8M multi year contract with one of Australia' leading healthcare service providers. The partnership will see the implementation of CareVision as their new technology system across their NDIS and Home Care divisions reaching 1000's of people across the country. 


After an exhaustive international search, and an in depth review of a number of solutions over 18 months, CareVision was selected as the most advanced full stack platform for digital care. Additionally the CareVision Team's impressive knowledge of the complex industry made them an obvious choice, said the Program Director."

   

Wildfire Energy update


Wildfire Energy a winner in Hitachi’s innovation challenge for circular economy

"Wildfire Energy is pleased to announce it has been named as a winner of Hitachi’s Innovation Challenge for the Circular Economy. This is a significant recognition of the potential of Wildfire’s innovative MIHG technology for converting waste materials into higher value products at distributed scale.


Following Hitachi’s mission of social innovation, the Water & Environment Business Unit (WEBU) and Corporate Venturing Office within Hitachi launched the Innovation Challenge for Circular Economy to ensure that the planet we pass on to the next generation will be a better place than the one we found! The challenge themes included “ensuring sustainability of water resources”, “creating a zero waste society” and “reducing food waste in Southeast Asia”.

As a winner of the challenge, Wildfire will now work with Hitachi to define the next steps with the intention of entering into a long term collaboration."
   

Pharmachal Update


Pharmachal Closes Round 1 of Capital Raise

"Pharmachal Health Group (“PHG” or “Company”) is pleased to announce the achievement of Round 1 of the capital raise is fully subscribed with approx. $250k raised, enabling the Company to secure a >90% holding of NS Technologies, the related-party development company holding the internationally certified patents for the proprietary Nano Drug Delivery System (“NDDS”). 


The capital has also assisted in the Company to initiate the last commercial-scale batch of NOPAYNE Spray, the final requirement before submission to the TGA for registration. 


The three new over-the-counter dermal products, including a physio cream, a foot cream and a eucalyptus-honey ointment, are currently with the contract manufacturer’s planning division, which is acquiring all the ingredients and packaging to enable the products to be manufactured. Introducing the 

PNG Gold Mine Development Project

BlueMount Capital is mandated by an Australian company looking to develop a Gold Mine and its assets in Papua New Guinea (PNG). The Mine is located in the same PNG copper-gold belt as several other world-class assets. The Mine's assets include Indicated & Inferred resource of 547k oz Au @ average grades of 16g/t and 1,741k oz Ag @ average grades of 51g/t as of June 2011. 


The Mine is considered a low-sulphidation epithermal deposit and is hosted by a quartz adularia vein system. It comprises a number of discrete veins generated within a sinistral transtensional environment.  


Resources have been modelled for over ten (10) veins and the ore comprises a mix of Gold (Au), Silver (Ag), Lead (Pb) sulphides, Mercury (Hg) and Antimony (Sb) sulphides.

Introducing XING - 

Rapid Antibody Solutions

The XING group is an Australian based biotechnology business that has exclusive access to patented nanotechnologies that it has developed with the University of Queensland (UQ/Uniquest) and the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO).


XING's platform technology XavTrap® produces reagents for diagnostic companies using patented technology and know-how that significantly advances the speed at which testing and detection for new pathogens can be developed. 

XavTrap® uses yeast cell fragments to rapidly express single-chain variable fragment (scFV), nanobodies or peptides for diagnostic applications. The platform technology can be rapidly made to target a specific disease, including seasonal mutations of influenzas and coronavirus. The Xavtrap® platform produces lead candidate 66% quicker than other cutting edge mammalian antibody pipelines which XING has validated as part of the NIH-RADx Program.

XING has an established R&D laboratory in Brisbane, Australia, which it will use to develop small batches of the Xavtrap® reagent. Once XING reaches the commercialisation scale, it will initially outsource the production of the Xavtrap® reagent to a larger manufacturer until such time XING is able to establish its own, commercial scale manufacturing facility. XING will supply the reagent to diagnostic test manufacturers and other biotechnology companies.

Capital Market Partners to Lead New USD250m Sukuk, First Bangladesh Corporate Sukuk In International Markets

"BlueMount Capital (WA) Pty Ltd (“BlueMount”) and Bedford Row Capital PLC (“BRC”) will act as International Lead Manager and Structuring Agent respectively for a new US$250m Sukuk offering to be listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.


BRC, a global non-bank structuring specialist, has been mandated by Al Waseelah PLC (“Issuer”) whilst BlueMount was appointed by Deshbandhu Group Limited (“DGL”) to lead the first Bangladeshi Corporate Sukuk to help DGL in their next growth phase. The Sukuk will finance the repayment of current outstanding debt and to invest in new technology and scaling up capacity of its group businesses."

"There are many measures of success for initial public offerings (IPOs). First and foremost is completing the deal and raising the intended proceeds. From the perspective of remaining and new shareholders, however, the subsequent short-term trading performance is more often seen as the measure of a good IPO as opposed to a bad one.

For the board and management of the newly listed entity, their measure of success and their reputation will depend on how well the newly listed entity performs in the medium term and delivers on the investment proposition on which new shareholders based their investment decision."
